The time period that you purchase a ticket for is the time you need to be at the Ticket Box Office to check in with your e-ticket and ID. You will generally enter the haunted house within 15 minutes of checking in. You must be at the Ticket Box Office no later than 30 minutes of your scheduled time or your tickets will be exchanged for General Admission in the timed ticketing queue line.
